I discovered yoga during my medical studies, and it felt like coming home.
From the very first class, I sensed a deep resonance – my body flowed naturally through the movements, and the uplifting messages gently opened my heart. From the start, yoga has been far more than just asana practice for me. It became a path inward – a doorway to self-discovery and transformation.

Through yoga and dance, woven together with music, I have grown stronger and more flexible in both body and mind. These practices have taught me to love and accept myself and others, to meet challenges with grace, to leave my comfort zone, and to follow my dreams with courage and clarity.

Continual growth and deepening experiences are essential to my journey. For many years, I’ve been drawn to the healing power of scent, sound, movement, and stillness. Training as a sauna master gave me the opportunity to unite these elements – and to create spaces where true connection and transformation can unfold.
