My Sauna Journey

New experiences and continuing education are my highest priorities.
As a medical doctor, yoga teacher, and hobby masseuse, the well-being of my clients is extremely important to me. That’s why, in the summer of 2023, I decided to complete the sauna master training with client care certification according to ÖNORM S1150:2021-07.

For a long time, I have loved working with aromas, music, dance, and relaxation. This training as a sauna master gave me the opportunity to combine and deepen these passions and to begin a new chapter in my life’s journey.

In December 2024, I took a big step and participated for the first time in my life at a Sauna Trophy competition. It was an amazing experience. ❤️🪷🧘

In 2025, I competed for the first time at the Show Master Aufguss in Bad Gastein and proudly placed 6th. It was truly fantastic.
