My Sauna Journey
New experiences and further training are my top priority. As a physician, yoga teacher, and amateur massage therapist, the well-being of my clients is extremely important to me. Therefore, in the summer of 2023, I decided to complete the training to become a sauna master with customer service in accordance with ÖNORM S1150:2021-07.
I have long loved working with aromas, music, dance, and relaxation. The training to become a sauna attendant gave me the opportunity to combine and deepen these passions and to begin a new chapter in my life.

In December 2024, I dared to participate in a Sauna Trophy for the first time in my life. It was a fantastic experience. ❤️🪷🧘
In 2025, I participated in the Show Master Aufguss competition in Bad Gastein for the first time and came in 6th place. It was fantastic.
In August 2025, I competed for the first time in the Austrian National Championship and achieved 4th place in the Austria Trophy.
